balance transfer explanation please

I need some clarification please...
I'm in a process of buying a car...
cost is 11k
I can spread this across my 2 cards with 0% for another 2 years.
but won't be able to repay everything in those 2 years...
I'm estimating that there will be a 2-3k outstanding balance on those cards.
would I then need to find a free balance card with a 0% and 3k credit limit and can carry on repaying with no %?
