So ive found a nice little flat for myself and ive viewed it and its great has what i need. Great, however it has WMSH which i have no clue about. I dont know how to use one or how to check that its in working order.
I have read up on these and have found that if wired correctly and are in working order they can save quite a few pennys.
Help.

Ask the landlord/agent for instructions.
They really should be providing them, especially with rents as high as they are!
You can save a lot more if they are not in working order!
