Sky refund

I am about to upgrade to Sky Q. They charged me £115 setup fee but as I am a Black Tier VIP member there is no fee. They have acknowledged this but they have refunded the money as a credit on my account. I want the money back in my bank. They are not playing ball. Can anyone help please. Thank you

It will wash out over the next couple of Sky bills anyway, so why not just leave it there?0
