Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track after I made a defence
Comments
-
Procedure all set out in newbies FAQ as advised.
Now you have submitted your defence it goes to the claimant.
The claimant then decides to continue with the claim or give up on it0 -
Have you read the newbies thread? Just say yes or no. If no, do it. if yes, what SPECIFIC question do you have, bcause every stage is explained there
You should be assuming the hearing will go ahead, and starting to look at drafting a Witness Statement and compiling any evidence
And, of course, NOT SAYING WHO DROVE. Edit your first post.0 -
Should I send the N180 recorded or will proof of posting do?
or can you email
Thanks0 -

does this mean that it is likely to go to court?
I've gone this far but I'm close to giving in
Oh please, not another one asking that same exact question, for the love of God it's a FORM and it's NORMAL:

Please follow other CEL cases, or I think I will self combust with reading the same thing asked all the time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

While I can understand why this could be frustrating for you, for those of us that have just stumbled across this via a web search to try and get some help, we don't KNOW.0
-
thats why everything you need to know is in the NEWBIES sticky thread
this particular forum is not about legal matters and not staffed by legally trained paid staff
all we are asking people to do is read other threads and especially read and digest the NEWBIES sticky thread, in this case post #2
BARGEPOLE tried to make it easier by trotting out a timeline of events with simple explanations , linked in that thread
nobody is expecting a newbie to KNOW
but we do expect you to do some research and read sticky threads, because its all been mulled over and dissected many times already
you assume the worst and hope for the best , so plan ahead , regardless
the alternative is go pay a solicitor and get legal advice, because its not free legal advice like in a criminal court case , because its civil court
frankly, you expect far too much for your sign up fee (there isn`t one) from volunteers who spend hours on here daily with little thanks , no pay and no further help from those who we have helped because they tend to FRO once their problems have been dealt with
now please read my signature , especially about this forum not being legal beagles0 -
Sorry, no offence meant but I need a break from the Groundhog Day so will stay off CEL threads for a while, here's another one, this is why it's driving me loopy, this is 3 all the same in just one evening, with no evidence of anyone reading other CEL defence threads that are ahead of them:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5575118
I'll leave CEL threads to others for now.
Nothing ever happens on them and a search and a read of all the others, reveals that pattern.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
