It could take up to a month - depending on when Studio update their data to the CRA's.
Who was your appointment with? A mortgage broker or a bank/building society?
If its a broker then this is when he should earn his corn by getting on the phone to the lender and letting them know what is going on and that the Studio account has now been paid off and closed down - can you get proof to confirm this?
If all this fails can you not go back to the first mortgage in principle lender?0
