doubt it, most places need you to be over 25 and have 2 years experiance.

if its short term like a couple of days then you may be able to find some place which will charge a fortune but i dont know any off hand. any longer and i would bet it is cheaper to get a £400 banger and dump it when done.

try www.moneysupermarket.com and see if the car hire section on there brings up anything. It asks for your age so I assume the prices it brings up will be age based.

no you dont need to be over 25,my mate hires cars regularly from europcar and he is 23.if they can do it for a 23 year old i would imagine there are some out there who will do it,phone around or check some online.

I think most look for you to be over 21.
