well cheers guys, you've given me something to think about.
i went for a walk earlier around the site, i noticed that a house the other side has fenced off his front garden, he is on a junction, not a particularly busy one. He has the same problem as i have in that there is limited space at the back. I've checked online and there doesn't seem to be any planning application for it. it's still owned by the LA maybe they approved it.0 -

I go along with Dave, if you ask then a thousand thoughts and applications evidence etc will be requested, followed by every one chucking their two pennyworth in
