The original conversation came up about the access due to the neighbour in the other end cottage wanting to buy all 3 and knock them together. They keep approaching the middle cottage to sell to them so they can start working on us. If they get the right of access across our property, it would be so easy to devalue our property and make us sell potentially. This of course may not be on their agenda but they have a lot more money than us0
