Missold product advice

Hi all!
Hope this is the right section :)

I bought a home CCTV kit, got it installed (Cost 200 to get someone out to fit it up externally, drill holes and so on)
After getting it installed, noticed it has been missold. Basically its being sold as full HD, when its not. Its analog cabling doesnt support HD and so on.

The company have admitted it was advertised, but only offered me 10% discount refund, or return it.
I should have checked it before I know I know -.-

If I return it, where do I stand with the cost of fitting, will they need to refund this cost I had to pay for also? Or is that on my head?

I seem to remember a lighting company a friend of mine using who paid for the fitting on a faulty product and paid to have it removed also. So curious,

Regards :)
R

Should also say I bought it only a week ago through a credit card
