Amazon Seller Return Postage Costs

I ordered some baby clothes (new) on amazon from an amazon seller but they arrived with holes in so I am returning them.
They have given me a return label with 'postage required' written on. I know they have to pay the postage costs since the items are faulty as it says on Amazon's 'legal warranty' section.
Do they have to give me a paid returns label or can they just give me an unpaid one? What happens if they don't pay my return postage costs after I've paid?
I know it'll probably only be about £2 but my disposable income is less than £50 per month atm, saving for a house.
PS. It's not my baby

I don't know why but I love that you clarified it wasn't your baby :rotfl:
There is usually a returns label in the bag? If not they should send a pre-paid label out to you. If the expect you to pay the postage might be worth taking up with amazon's support.0
