DHL and Yodel?

Does anyone know if DHL and Yodel are the same company?
I was expecting a delivery from the US this week. The tracking shows DHL, but the current location seems to be Yodel in Bristol.
The parcel should have come yesterday, if previous experience is anything to go by, but I had a message at lunchtime to say that it was delayed due to adverse weather conditions. What adverse weather conditions? I live a few miles away and weather was great. No updates since then.
The help number on the DHL tracking wasn't recognised. Does anyone have any ideas about how to chase this up? It's something that I would need to be in for when it's delivered and I have other things that I should be getting on with.
Edit - sod's law. Just checked tracking and it now says out for delivery. The update is timed at 6.39, but was only added to the tracking while I was typing this message at 10.40.
Let's hope it gets here today.
If anyone thinks I'm being impatient, then normally I would agree with you, but the "adverse weather" excuse really annoyed me. Just say it didn't get on the van or the driver was too busy, or whatever.
Update - it's just arrived. Needless to say they didn't ring the doorbell and left it on the doorstep instead. I think I gave him a shock when I opened the door just as he was leaving.

Yodel do DHL business express service in the UK. So small parcels/envelopes etc.
Usually the DHL site will advise if you need to visit Yodel to track it locally, also they will give an alternative reference if you need that for the Yodel site.
Good to hear it got there but when I have had problems in the past I always ring the depot it was last scanned at. They are usually quite helpful.0 -
Thank you so much. That will be useful advice for the future.
It didn't say which company had the parcel on the tracking. There was just a post code which I googled to find that it was now with Yodel.0
