Cex want me to pay for return for duplicate order

So, I recently ordered some games on Cex's website. I received them a few days after I placed the order, though I found it strange I didn't get an email confirming the order had been dispatched. Later on in the week, I get an email saying it's been dispatched, and then yesterday, I receive the order again with the same 3 games.
They didn't charge me twice for it, and I felt guilty having free games, so I decided to email them informing them of the duplicate order.
They just recently replied to me requesting that I send back the duplicates by Royal Mail, or hand them in to one of their stores.
Unfortunately, I'm going to be really busy for a while, I'm working a 7 day week this coming Monday, and all their stores near me close at 5 or 6pm, I won't have time to go there and hand them in.
And I do honestly feel a bit p-eed of that they're asking me to pay for the return via Royal Mail.
It is of no fault of my own that I received a duplicate order, so I don't feel as though I'm obligated to return it out of my own money. I honestly regret telling them now, wish I had just kept quiet and waited to see if they contacted me about it.
What are my rights in this matter?

Just to clarify have they offered to refund the postage or are they expecting you to do this at your own expense?0

They haven't specified, but no, they haven't offered to refund the postage. I've sent them an email asking if they plan to reimburse the postage costs, or simply provide me with a pre-paid postage label though.0

Good. Under the consumer rights act goods returned should be at the retailers expense, nor should it inconvenience you to return them. A pre paid envelope would probably be good enough but you shouldn't be out of pocket for their mistake.0

Have you got a local myhermes drop off point? Ours is open til 10pm...
Find out how much it costs then ask them to send a prepaid label.
Do not agree to pay first then they will refund. You could spend ages trying to get your money back!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
