TSB Classic Plus query

Hi,

I recently opened up a TSB plus account, and a week or so ago I received the switching bonus, but only after chasing them on the phone.

I was just wondering when I can typically expect to receive the payments for having two active direct debits, using the contactless card 20+ times, as well as the interest payments that are available on the account? I called them regarding this, and they confirmed I met the criteria, but I think I may have misunderstood the customer service rep re: dates.

I opened the account at the end of June, and during July I fufillled all the above criteria, but haven't received anything as yet.

The T&Cs say during the following month. So sometime before the end of August.

For me it is interest payment on the 1st, the other payments are usually credited sometime about the 19th of the month.

I've taken out the same account and was looking for info on when I could expect the switching bonus - typical to have to chase! They have, however, given me the direct debit £5 bonus (I'd forgotten about that, so pleasant surprise). I got notification today that I qualified during July and it was credited on 18 Aug. I don't use the debit card though so can't comment on that.
