Barclays Travel Plus Pack

I've been going backwards and forwards with Barclays over a term in their travel plus pack.
I use the travel insurance reguarly and like having the UK breakdown cover so the pack works out good VFM for me vs buying them seperately.
I'm due to drive in Europe soon and my car is over 11 years old.
One of the terms states that cover isn't available for cars over 11 years old driving in Europe but.
"Cars, motorcycles 121cc or over, estate cars, MPV's or 4 x 4 sport utility vehicles which are aged 11
years and over may be covered on payment of a
supplement, which will be collected at the time of
breakdown."
All I'm trying to find out is what the supplement would be but no-one is able to tell me!
Any ideas where I would go next, official complaint to find out?

Any ideas where I would go next, official complaint to find out?If you have any questions about your membership, please call the Travel Pack Customer Helpline on 0800 158 3199* and select the RAC option.
Can't say I'd be particularly happy relying on a clause saying that old cars 'may be covered on payment of a supplement' as this could be interpreted as involving some discretion (rightly so I suppose if you were in a real old banger or a Ford Model T!), so in your shoes I'd also be enquiring about exactly what the decision process is and getting something in writing....0
