Has anyone else applied for this? Account was opened at the beginning of september but Im still waiting for the application forms from Lloyds!
Also, the free mobile phone insurance was set up over the telephone at the beginning of september and Im yet to recieve the paperwork from that either.
If I dont get anything by this time next week im going to have to chase it all up.
Anyone else waiting?

I think Im beginning to agree  Could have used the NUS card this weekend as well, but Im loathe to have a moan just yet because of the postal strikes.0 -
I was looking at this account, but they want to know quite a lot on the application form - amount of savings, name of banks for all other current accounts, all forms of earnings, etc. and I had chosen that I didn't want the credit card or overdraft!0

i joines Lloyds TSB after months of problems of them not accepting any of my forms as they were so fussy as to the precise details that should be on my University acceptance form.
Anyway, i am still to recieve their pack, for the mobile phone insurance and NUS card, but after reading the posts above i am worried if i will even get them or how long ill have to wait.
Also did anyone here get £25 deposited into their student account, for joining?:confused:I say im a moneysaver, my family think im a cheapskate!0 -
I must be the acception, because i joined lloyds 3 weeks ago, i have in that time received all my cards, received my £25 credit, and my NUS card application pack plus YHA card. I am yet to receive written confirmation of my mobile phone insurance, but think that's probably because of the postal strike. I opened my account in store - how did everyone else do it? I'm wondering if applying on the internet has slowed everything down, as i know a couple of people that that has happened for - they can't cope wi the demand at this time of year! I hope you all get your stuff soon0

I didn't really apply. They said I would automatically get a student account unless I replied to a letter.
I got the £25, now just want the other £50! :P:P0 -
Still no forms
The £25 has gone in and I had to set the mobile phone insurance up via telephone as they were having problems, but nothing there either.
Im also slightly miffed that the free mp3's require me to submit my CC details0 -

First i appled online and recieved a letter telling me to take some details to the bank. But when i went to the bank they said they did not have any of my details and i had to go through the application process again in the bank.
I know you said that you recieved your £25 after depositing money. has everyone here who receieved this money deposited money in as well, or has anyone else had the £25 credited without even paying money in. The problem is for me, i recieved my debit card and my online banking letter (3 weeks ago) but i still have not recieved a paying-in book or the student pack (with NUS card and free phone insurance).:confused:I say im a moneysaver, my family think im a cheapskate!0 -
Finally I have forms!0
