Phew! Got the letter from the Tribunal today and I have been granted standard rate mobility :T:T:T

This means I retain my blue badge which is the main thing (and get an extra £22 a week - which isn't to be sniffed at either!)

Great news on winning the Tribunal.

You will only automatically qualify for the Blue Badge if you scored 8 points or more in the "moving around" part of the mobility. If you scored the points in following and planning a journey then you'll need to have a look at the criteria for your local council.

I scored 10 points and Dr Witch checked the local info on blue badges and I am fine (need to check if I can get my bus pass back now!)
