So, for the 5 flats we'd make 5 copies with the new 999 year amendment?

Ground rent is currents £200 per year per flat. Could we change/reduce that as well?

We are the same. 5 flats with under 75 yeas left. Did you successfully do this? We're there any issues? Looking forward to your answer.

The problem you have with land registry applications is that the land registry may still want ID from all parties if you are not represented by a lawyer. As said above if there is a lender involved you will have to get a lawyer to move the mortgage to the new title. Doing it alone is not going to be easy but it should not cost you more than 500 per flat for a lawyer.

Are you replying to the original question asked 15 months ago, or the more recent question from 5 months ago?

Either way, they may have got the advice they needed by now.
