Hi all - ok, so I have been through the above company. They have found PPI on several accounts. How do I now go about getting this back on my own without using them please? Do the reference numbers used by them equate to a number that the banks will recognise? Any advice very much appreciated.

The Claim Company want you to sign up with them. Their "reference numbers" are for them alone.
It's also not unlikely that the CMC have not "found" any PPI at all and just want you to sign a contract with them!0
