Credit score and dmp

Hi,

my credit score with experien is now 608 after being 99 in Jan 17. I have noticed that i have 5 defaults 2 years ago and they all say settled. Is this because i pay them every month with Stepchange? seems odd they say settled when they aren't. I am made up my score went up 108 points this month. I am hoping to get this up to 800 asap.

Don't focus on the score, your history is whats important.

If only lenders lent based on the score. Whats your score from Noddle (Call credit) and Clearscore (Equifax) ?

There you go, the scores arent all the same.

As long as the data on your file is correct then its good.

Do you have a credit card ? Use it and pay it off in full when you get the bill by direct debit.

Wish my multiple defaults were showing as settled vi SC DM since 2012 until 2019.

    Is your sc dmp finished.

As a score comparison which I don’t take seriously anyway -mine is 198 has varied considerably.

Maybe they were already defaulted prior to your demo starting.

Its always nice to have a goal in life. Out of interest, what benefit are you hoping to derive once your score hits 800?
