We're in a full service UC credit area.
Currently on JSA and also high rate care of DLA.
Possibility of 16 hours a week job to start the road back to full time work.
Can we sign off JSA and claim WTC alongside working the 16 hours a week or will we have to claim UC?
The person is single with no dependants.
Cheers

They will have to claim UC, WTC claim would no longer be possible unless they are over state pension credit age or have 3 or more children and are not able to re-claim UC.
