The issue that you have linked to is that I was refused a MR and had nothing to do with what happened during the assessment.

But, of course, your thread was predicated on the fact that you "failed" the PIP assessment.

Have you started your claim for Attendance Allowance yet? Or maybe you're going to decide to ask for that MR on your PIP after all. Then again you could try your luck and do both :rotfl::rotfl:

Given the very recent decision in https://www.gov.uk/administrative-appeals-tribunal-decisions/r-cj-and-sg-v-secretary-of-state-for-work-and-pensions-esa-2017-ukut-324-aac maninasuite should certainly ask for his MR to be reconsidered again as I suggested here:

Thank you, I live near Glasgow and got seen at the Argyle Street and was seen by Atos (they say they've changed their name but the paperwork of the report I received back stated Atos, not Salus or whatever they call themselves now, so I'll still call them what they are).

Thanks also to other comments that were relevant to my thread and not ones that have drifted from topic. From seeing the posters previous profiles and comments I can understand the need to comment following him but it doesn't really help me any with advice or similar stories
