It does help I suppose if they hold a two way conversation.
Mind you I did tell my assessor to get her head out of the computer and look at me when speaking to me and not be so damn ignorant - that didn't go down very well though!
Well that went well then!:D

Given your earlier onset dementia do you remember writing #35 in that thread?0 -
Well, that flounce didn't last long, did it billy!!0

The issue that you have linked to is that I was refused a MR and had nothing to do with what happened during the assessment.
But, of course, your thread was predicated on the fact that you "failed" the PIP assessment.0 -

Billy????? Oh I see Billy Bunter the original greedy urchin.
hmmmmmm I wonder why you think my comment was directed at you?0 -

Given the very recent decision in https://www.gov.uk/administrative-appeals-tribunal-decisions/r-cj-and-sg-v-secretary-of-state-for-work-and-pensions-esa-2017-ukut-324-aac maninasuite should certainly ask for his MR to be reconsidered again as I suggested here:

maninasuit wrote: »Sorry but that is rubbish. I live in a fairly wealthy part of the SE, yet my DLA (HRM & MRC) disappeared on the transfer to PIP AND I didn't receive any PIP award!
So living inn a posh area means for nothing.
I thought you weren't going to post on here anymore.!!!!!!!
But it does mean something when you have keep inventing new forum names, because you keep getting banned for the utter nonsense and made up stories you post.
Anyhow how's the Jag are you still able to lift your Motability scooter onto the rear seats.0 -

There are some really weird postings on this thread or maybe you have made an error and posted that reply to me???maninasuit wrote: »I will come back to read this forum from time to time but will never return as a poster."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0 -
Good Luck with your MR !!
I was wondering whether where you live makes much difference to how you are treated in an assessment - or are they all as bad as each other ?
Thank you, I live near Glasgow and got seen at the Argyle Street and was seen by Atos (they say they've changed their name but the paperwork of the report I received back stated Atos, not Salus or whatever they call themselves now, so I'll still call them what they are).
Thanks also to other comments that were relevant to my thread and not ones that have drifted from topic. From seeing the posters previous profiles and comments I can understand the need to comment following him but it doesn't really help me any with advice or similar stories:wave:0
