He's home wednesday for one night, then off again for another week. I'm joining them for a couple of days around the 19th. Then he's gone until November

My mum has just booked a hol for me and her in nov to benidorm, it is the first time I will have left my OH and my kids I am really worried about it but looking forward to it too If you like what I say please say thanks

It isn't easy but I'm used to it. I'm a musician so I spend time on the road too. We just accept that's how it is, it's what we signed up for. But yeah, I do miss him a lot.
The trip will be great, of course you'll miss the kids but you'll recharge your batteries and will come home ready to take on the world. Have a great time, guilt free because the kids would be off like a shot if someone offered them a week away :A

yeah thats true, I've had a rough year with being ill I contracted the c-diff bug which took alot out of me, I also had my OH's neice and her BF and new born livign here for 9 months and that took it's toll to, then to be stabbed in the back by them when they moved out!
It's just been one thing after another after another so everyone keeps telling me not to feel guilty and get off and enough myself because I deserve the break....... I am still half and half about but I am also looking forward to just spending some time with my mum. . . If you like what I say please say thanks
