    Sometimes it will not have it in Chrome. If you can't get it to work in Chrome, try it in IE. Sometimes it plays up for me and switching browsers always works.

    Tried the diffeernt browser, no joy.The RoCoB's advice.That didn't work at first but I tried again hitting submit as quickly as possible and it eventually worked. many thanks .

    Okay, so I had the same problem, but it eventually worked for me when the code did not have any letters. It was just numbers. So my advice would to keep refreshing the code box until it is just a set of numbers.
