Anyone used or had problems with the online garage booking service from Bookmygarage?

Hi I've recently booked my car in for a service at a local garage using Bookmygarage.com, I was sent a price of £124. I dropped my car off at the garage with no problems then came to pick it up to be charged £164!!! The garage said they had received a call from the online company saying a client wanted a service but that was it. The garage said they have never agreed any prices with bookmygarage and didn't know why they had given me that price of £124. The garage have said they will help me with my complaint to the online site but so far I cannnit get any reply. The phone number is an automated system saying they'll call you back which they haven't and I've left a message twice. There is a Facebook site that received messages and someone keeps replying to me saying they have forwarded my message and details on but still no one had got in touch. It's so frustrating not to be able to speak to someone at the company. I'm not sure who I can contact to complain or get an explanation. Had anyone else ever used this site?
