I received a parking notification from lps today.
Thing is I didn't park in the car park I drove into it with out knowing it was monitored by anprs. I didn't even get out of the car. I stopped in there as it was an area I be never been to before and needed to stop to check for directions but my phone died so had to wait for it charge in the car for a few minutes for it to come back on. In total I think I was stopped in there for 19 minutes. How can I have a charge for this and what can I do about not paying as I didn't park? The company is LPS
Thanks

You should ask a mod to move this to the parking sub-forum, where experts will advise you.
For what it's worth, I think being stationary for 19 minutes meets any definition of parking!0
