DRO info
Hi just wondering if someone has any advice,
I am currently waiting for my DRO application pack and was just wondering if you know what info I need to get sorted to send with it? Do I need to request an Experian credit report and print bank statements, pay slips etc off?
I've just seen on stepchanges website that I would need a pension reference too?
I have two credit cards which are actually still registered to an old address - have no details for these really as they're really old but have continued paying by dd minimum amounts - should I contact them to change my details?
Also the SOA - is it similar too the one used on here?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You need a printed copy of your credit report, you need to include ALL qualifying debts, so check all three credit reference agencies, if any debts dont appear on any of your reports, request a statement and current balance from the creditor (you can call them to get this info).
They need to be sure all your debt docent add up to more than the £20,000 limit, thats why they need the current balances.
You will also need your most recent payslip, or copy of it.
You only need to include details of a personal pension if you are likely to become eligible to receive it during the moratorium period, so for example if you are 54 now, if your not, leave it blank.
Your SOA is whatever it is you spend your money on, they may have certain limits for some things, but mainly its what it is.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
