I've received a lot of help here recently, so thank you to everyone.
I have a couple of debts I'm not sure what to do with.
- Yorkshire Water (defaulted, £234)
- TalkTalk (£272 Defaulted but closed (not sure what that means)
YorkshireWater don't seem to be chasing me. Are they likely to CCJ me?
TalkTalk debt is listed as 'closed'. Does this mean they've given up and won't CCJ me?

Do you dispute the debts? If not then I'd pay them off and sleep easy at night.

Defaulted but closed, possibly sold off to debt collectors. They may take you to court.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Sounds like both accounts have been sold on to debt purchasers.
They buy bad debt in bulk, eventually they will get around to you, then decide if its worth there while chasing you for these debts or not.
