Fixing leg on a old small cabinet

Its a old I assume what they call tea cabinet that I got about 2 years ago for next to nothing, I used it for my dvds and it worked perfect for it but when moving a while after I got it I dragged it a little and one of the back legs came loose (still attached but hanging off)

I looked at the time and it was just 3 tiny nails hammered in, I tried also at the time to bend them back into shape and hammer in but at best got one in fine and one loose and other kept bending.

I just kept it as is and just balanced the load and it had heavy stuff in and didn't collapse, moved house at Christmas and since then its been sitting there empty so tonight attempted to use wood glue on it, and have a heavy brick I found in garden to weigh it down, looks almost perfect in terms of positioning I was just wondering if I should get a good quality nail and hammer it in, or a screw or to just leave it.
