That's using Amazon in the UK for both deliveries and returns, with next day delivery available and really delivered by Amazon. There's also a message board specific to that model here. I haven't tried this part of the inTell UK warranty and hope never to: "18-month warranty for quality-related issues We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACENT or FULL REFUND". I assume that's done with returns going to their European repair centre. I think that's in Germany, but not sure my memory isn't wrong. I didn't search for places that have UK offices, I assume more expensive.

I ended up using the Amazon return process on one of these, due to an always-on pixel that showed up after a few days. Easy and largely painless, with refund paid to my card the day after shipping, without waiting for the return to get to Amazon or the vendor. I'd ordered and paid for a replacement from the same vendor and shipped the always-on pixel one back after receiving that.

Was frustrating, though. At that point it was three new portable computers in a row with faults, the two high end HPs and one of these. HP also handled the returns and refunds without much hassle, though not as fast on the refunds.
