Lawn Mushrooms

Don't worry about them. It is normal this time of year
If you can tell the difference and you really have mushrooms & not toadstools, that's your dinner sorted
Whatever they are they will do no harm and will vanish in a few days, it is only the fruiting bodies from rotting material, nothing to worry about
Got kid's? Check for Fairy rings maybe as an amusementNumerus non sum0 -

Please don't. Seriously don't eat them. The consequences of getting it wrong are absolutely dire. I've been on quite a few fungus forays with some real experts (from Harry Hudson in the 1980's to Richard Mabey in more recent months), and the one single thing they all stress is eating mushrooms is for experts (or those on a death-wish) only. I studied fungi as a (brief) part of my degree, and ended up using one of their toxins in research for a while... nasty, nasty stuff!
With some of the common mushroom mimics, it's not just a slow, lingering and painful death, it's one that no medical intervention at any stage can do anything about!
Go on a few educational trips before you feast.
As to your question, OP, you can just ignore them. If they irritate, merely lightly fertilising your lawn will probably be enough to get rid of them. The mower will do it faster.0
