Competition Terms & Conditions

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Competition closes midnight Friday 18th August 2017.

Entrants must be 18+ and permanent UK residents.

1. Eligibility: This Competition is open to individuals 18 years of age and older in the UK. Employees of Charles Conrad, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as Employees are not eligible to participate in this Competition.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, You agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet all eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Charles Conrad as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Competition.

3. Competition Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Wednesday 9th August 8:00AM and ending on Friday 18th August 11:59 PM.

4. How to Enter: The Competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at http://woobox.com/4mvv9y. Entrants are invited to follow Charles Conrad on social media.

5. Prize: One winner will be selected at random to receive the following prize: 1 x Charles Conrad Unisex Watch of their choice with an RRP value of £149-189.

Actual/appraised value of the Prize may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Charles Conrad to use the Winner’s name for purposes of advertising and trade without any further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be drawn at random within one week of the competition ending. The winner will be contacted via email, and then announced on social media. Charles Conrad shall have no liability for failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within one week of being contacted, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by the Winner of the Prize offered in this Competition is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

7. Facebook: The Competition is hosted by Charles Conrad and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

8. By submitting your entry, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the rules set out in this document.
