Missing faster payment

Hi there, I am facing the exact same situation. I transferred about £ 2,200 to HSBC using faster payment. It has been more than a week still the money has not been credited. Kindly could you explain which branch you visited? Was it the branch where you had your account or was it any other HSBC branch.
Also, whom do I need to ask to see the logs? Is it the branch manager. Also, could you give any more advice based on your experience, how to quickly ask these guys to act. I am loosing my mind on these HSBC thugs.

Don't expect anything if you complain to FCA, as they don't deal with consumer complaints - it's the Financial Ombudsman Service that handles these....
FCA have consumer section as well so please do not say that they do not deal with consumers they redirect you to to Financial Ombudsman Service

The FCA page you referred to is the same one I linked, which starts with "We do not investigate individual complaints"....0 -
So you agree that FCA don't deal with consumer complaints other than by referring you to FOS (who do deal with them)?

As for branch, I went to the one that was closest to me as I have moved away from the branch where I opened my Account0
