Employee invocing me for PCN

Hello, apologies if this has been covered already. I have looked at the newbies thread but not seen anything quite like my incident.
My employee has a car park managed by 'secure parking' (S and K car park management).
I had not received PCN's on my windscreen, or postal notification of such. I have now received emails from the transport manager at my employee, saying secure parking have contacted him and now my employee is chasing me for the alleged money owed. They had said they will deduct the money from my wages - although they seem to have relented on this and now just emailed me an invoice.
Although there are many issues I could raise (signage says the parking company are a member of BPA, but no mention on the BPA website as them being members), my main question is, does my employee have the right to start chasing me for payment when the alleged tickets were issued by a 'parking management company'? To me this seems to muddy the waters as to who I should be dealing with.
Again apologies if this has been covered before. Thanks for all the advice given by people on here.

surely you mean EMPLOYER ?
who is the RK of the vehicle ?
is it an employer owned vehicle ? or private ?0 -
Employee? You've used that repeatedly but it doesn't make sense. Do you mean Employer?
What does your employer's car policy say about fines and charges?0 -

My apologies, I wrote the post rather hurriedly. I did indeed mean 'employer' The car is questioned is my own (registered keeper)
I did notice that secure parking are part of IPC, but their signage also says they are members of BPA. If i were to be difficult I'm thinking I could pull them up on that.
Reading the universities policy, it says that the university can make 'request' payment directly from employees.
As I have received no NTK, I'm guessing the burden of proof would be on secure parking to prove they were sent out?0 -
No mileage in them belonging to BPA0

What evidence has the transport manager provided to you in respect of these alleged contract breaches?
Do your T&Cs of employment mention parking, and (critically) allow the company to make such deductions? (Be careful ... your Employee Handbook [or equivalent] may make reference to other policies - and those policies may be subject to change without notice).0 -
Another question, where are they getting your data from?
it sounds like the parking company is getting it from your employer, as opposed to the DVLA, as any parking charge notice should be delivered to the registered keepers address as held by the DVLA, and not your work email address. From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -

... or handed to the driver or left on the vehicle in question.
If none of the above has happened, neither the keeper not driver have received a PCN, so neither are liable.
I would want to know why my employer thinks I should be paying anything if I hadn't received anything myself direct from the parking scammers.
Do you have a Union rep that can help? Your employer can't take money off you or tell you to pay a third party just because a scammer says so.
As mentioned above, you should be asking where in your employment contract you have to pay a third party scammer when the scammers have not contacted you in accordance with relevant laws or acts of parliament.I married my cousin. Thanks you for quick replies. I will need to read the T's and C's of employment in depth a little more. The signage in small print at the car park says 'if the registered keeper is an employee then the university may directly request the money'. I believe secure parking have just looked up the registered keeper, then contacted the university who are now hounding me. Interestingly the University want me to pay directly to them and not secure parking.
Only evidence provided by the uni is the ref number of alleged PCN 'invoices'.0 -
In which case no PCN has been served on the keeper or driver, thus no liability lies with the keeper or driver?0
