Travel Insurance for a multi centre trip

I have booked a trip to go from UK to Singapore, then Singapore to Bali (a few days later) then from Bali to UK via Singapore.
Looking at travel insurance I am confused. Do I need single trip - it is one continuous holiday, but do the 2 destinations (back to back) make it multi trip?
Also a statement of all flights originating from and ending in UK. One of my flights is Singapore to Bali, and the return has a layover and connection in Singapore before ending in UK.
Can anyone help me with what I need to be searching for please? Or make any suggestions of a company that covers this type of trip.
