Parrot CK3100 software update

I'm not very techie minded, so would be grateful for simple instructions.

I have a Parrot CK3100, my phone pairs with the device, however, when trying to call from the interface, I get a constant beep sound, if I call from the phone, I'm connected hands free.

Any ideas why the device doesn't connect to callers from the interface?

Hmm not sure but when I had issues with my CK3000 (the non display version) I found that doing a reset so it forgets the phone that it's paired with might resolve a problem. Worth a try if you've not already done so.

SETTINGS>PAIRED DEVICES> a list of paired devices will be displayed, select each one and delete.

Then you'll need to re-pair your phone. I don't suppose it'll help but worth a try otherwise the thing may be faulty. Might be worth disconnecting the fuse that powers the Parrot, in case it's got confused and needs a complete power down.
