PCN on a rental

Hello,
I have a PCN (Reason:Ticket Expired) on a rental car from a IPC member. I read the stickies, I understand that I need to appeal. Is there a template I can use? I could not see one for a rental.
Thanks...

You dont need one for a rental.
Was a ticket placed on teh windscreen or did you get notified through the post?0 -
It was on the windscreen. What I understood was in order to avoid admin fees from the rental company I should identify myself as the keeper. Is that wrong?0

No, but there is no different style appeal. use the one in the NEWBIES thread, which you will notice calls the appellant the 'keeper' (NOT the registered keeper, that's why it's worded as it is, one-size-fits-all at this stage).
Obviously your name and postal address and VRN and PCN number goes on the appeal as well, to hook them in your direction and away from the lease firm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
