Our agent has sent me and my partner a new electronic contract to sign. Only problem is it's trying to put my signature under my partners name and his under mine.
I've called the agent and they have said it's fine all of the contracts do it. But I don't feel it's legal for me to sign under my partners name?
names are correct however by the way you have explained things they have used the electronic signature wrong which is the reason why the signatures are other way around. If I were you I would ask them to resend the contract with the signatures right way around as it is a mistake on their end.
