Great News!

Received an email from POPLA 21 days after I submitted my appeal, and Parking Eye have decided to give in...the letter I sent was exactly as above, I only summarised the main arguments with bullet points at the top and decided to send it off.

''Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.

An Appeal has been opened with the reference 60***********

Parking Eye Ltd have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

Thanks to all the people who helped along the way, this forum and its members are invaluable to the public who are being fleeced by PPCs who think they can install one camera and a few dodgy signs and profit dishonestly from their work with threatening letters...I just don't know how these companies are allowed to operate

Just make sure you tell all your friends about this forum
AND from now on avoid any car park that PE patrols
and make sure your friends do not use PE run car parks
