As you probably know, if enough people click Spam on a post it's hidden/removed pending review. Or if someone deletes their own post, obviously it doesn't automatically remove the quotes posted by others.

Yes I do know that.

I also know that although one can delete one's own post, one cannot delete others' posts which have quoted one's post. But MSE staff can, and do.

I would also comment that the company was incorporated in 2014

I didnt know much of the info that you have said and I have been researching a lot more cause I want to make sure I am getting the best deal. I think personall I wont be investing in this company and can find other coimpanies to invest into.

Hello again lollipop. Another interesting snippet for you since you mentioned London Capital & Finance in your original post. Martin Binks, the chairman of Asset Life, used to work for them 2015 - 2016.

Unless you are a sophisticated and high-net-worth investor you should not be investing into individual companies.

I may have contributed to the previous take down (by revealing the people behind Asset Life) and they may then have threated legal action.


Anyway, the news is that the FCA have stopped new subscriptions and issued a warning. I emailed the FCA about this nearly 5 yeras ago and I am sad if there are any losses in the intervening period or to come.
