BT complaints procedure

Hi all, I've been trying to use Resolver to complain to BT about a delayed installation of a phone line and broadband and being charged for phone and broadband services that I have not received due to the delayed installation.

Does anyone know of any other way I can get in touch with BT to sort this out?

    BT are i guess waiting for OpenReach
