Novaria Home - poor correspondence regarding refund

Hi all,
Has anyone had dealings with Novaria Home. It's an online site, although I believe they have a store based in the US.
I ordered some eyelashes from them and didn't received tracking info (hadn't realised everything had gone to a junk email). When they arrived, one was broken and quite frankly the entire product was poor quality and not worth the £12 I paid.
I emailed Novaria who asked for a pic, said I didn't need to return it and that they'd forward the photo onto their team and issue me a refund. Our last correspondence was Saturday 29th July and I've heard nothing since. I left it a week as I was on holiday but since Saturday 5th August I've emailed and sent a contact form 2 or 3 times without any reply!
Looking at their Facebook, the visitors posts seem to tell a similar story regarding no replying.
What are my rights to get my money back?
Regards,
Danni
