Help someone who has asperger's syndrome

Not looking for pity just a helping hand please.
We (the wife and I) would like to claim some PPI back from various lenders 2 we know of that are still in business are Argos Loans and an Argos store card, I have tried to look round the site but to be honest it seems very complicated to me.
I have seen ML say on TV that it's a doddle to do and has template letters that i just need to fill in, can anyone point me in the right direction of these letters.
I'm also unsure if i need a different letter for different kinds of loans card etc
