Best way to switch my flexdirect?

Hi there,
My flexdirect is almost a year old, so time to switch it. Along with this, I also have a linked flexclusive regular saver about to mature.
I would like to open another flexclusive saver - though I know it's halved to £250/month now
but just wondered the best way to go about this.
Was thinking to switch the flexdirect to get a switching bonus (to tsb/coop/m&s), then to open a new FlexAccount (as I won't be able to open a flexdirect for another year) in order to get a new flexclusive saver.
Has anyone done a similar thing?
Additionally, I have not been using direct debits on the flexdirect, but was planning to add some to it before the switch. Will this be okay to obtain a switching bonus?
Many thanks in advance.

I think you could open a Flex account now. Immediately credit with £750 from non NW account - you can transfer £749 out again as required.
Do the same again on 1 Sept and 1 Oct and thereafter.
Keep your Flexdirect open at year end and open new Flexclusive Saver.
Transfer Flexdirect account (with your DDs set up on it) after 1 Oct.0
