I can second the use of Questor. I have used excess cover companies for some years, although never had to use them until this year, when I scratched the front bumper of the hire car on some prickly plants in the driveway of the villa. The claim process was slick, all on-line and I have just heard that they have allowed my claim, although I am still waiting to hear why they will be paying less than I claimed (I suspect it will be credit card fees).0
