Application Error

Hi all

Just recently, I've been getting a new window that says :-

Spoolsv.exe Application Error
The instruction at "0x01003c1f" referenced memory at "0x8cccd3d8". The memory could not be "read".

It then gives me the options for either OK to terminate or Cancel to debug.

Anyone know :-
a) what this means?
b) what I can do about it?

Hi,

It sounds as though the service that runs in background to 'spool' print requests has stalled or failed.

I'd recommend reinstalling your printer in the first instance.

Just tried that and window seems to have disappeared.
