I have just split with my partner. I have £40,000 and I do not know what to do.
I was living in Surrey and I don't mind moving any where as I have good skills and also love renovating houses but do you have any good suggestions on either hotspots to buy or good investment? If I buy I don't want a high mortgage and do not want to live in the South East
