By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Explore Deep in Heart of Texas on a Road Trip Ed’venture with Hertz!’

Entrants must be 21 years old or over, however, if the winner is under the age of 25, they will not be entitled to the car hire element, unless they take another person who is over the age of 25. This is due to the car hire company’s rules and regulations. Transfers/alternative transportation will not be supplied if all members of the prize winners’ party are under the age of 25.

Named driver(s) will need a current and valid Driver's Licence, held for a minimum of one year and any necessary international driver's permits.

The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of Ed’s Easy Diner, Hertz, families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.

Only one entry per household.

Entries are to be submitted by completing the registration form on https://edseasydiner.com/edventures.

Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.

The closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 1st September 2017.

The winner will be selected in a random draw by Ed’s Easy Diner. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Ed’s Easy Diner reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Ed’s Easy Diner, Part 1st Floor North, Chancery House, 53-64 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1QS

The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.

It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and visas, and are legally entitled to travel to the USA.

It is the winner’s responsibility to hold their own travel and medical insurance.

The holiday prize for 4 people comprises of:

• 4 x return economy flights for 2 adults & 2 children (Age 2-11 years old) from London to Dallas or Houston

• 10 nights, room-only accommodation – various locations on the Deep in the Heart of Texas route. Subject to winners’ preference.

• 10 days car hire (with third party liability insurance) with Hertz

Prize is subject to availability. Travel is valid from 1st September, 2017, and all travel to be completed by 1st September, 2018, inclusive (based on availability). To be booked three months ahead of travel. Black-out dates apply and include: 22nd December 2017 – 2nd January 2018, 15th – 28th April 2018.

The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (e.g. telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc.) (c) Any personal expenses and spending money (d) UK transfers, (e) any car hire extras (e.g. fuel, additional drivers, sat-nav etc.) (g) activities

The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.

Only one prize is available and it will be drawn under independent supervision, the winner of the prize will be notified and contacted by Ed’s Easy Diner with the winners contact details passed to Hertz to make the holiday arrangements

By ticking the relevant opt-in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by email.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances Ed’s Easy Diner or Hertz have the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
