Heatwise five rate meter with two MPANS

Hi I have an electricity meter that has two MPANS and five different readings, I am in the east midlands. I believe that this is a heatwise meter and I was wondering whether someone familiar with these meters could assist me. I need to know what each rate relates to, as I understand it the rates are as follows:
MPAN1
1 - Day rate - standard rate electricity connected for the lighting and sockets etc
2 - the night rate Economy 7 rate that applies overnight for the general appliances
MPAN2
3 - Boost - I understand that this enables you to top up your heating or immersion at peak rate if required. I don't think that with my current set up I can do this but that is beside the point.
4 - Heat - This is connected directly to the storage heaters and should only operate for set hours, I believe 5 hours over night at off peak rates
5 - Heat - Also connected directly to the storage heaters and only operates for set hours, I believe 5 hours during off peak day times.
Is this correct? It is rates 4 and 5 that I am concerned about as I haven't ever used rate 3. I would appreciate any input from anyone familiar with this type of meter to either confirm or correct my understanding.
The whole thing is very confusing and there is so little support or information out there, if I speak to my electricity supplier they seem more confused than me!

I had a HeatWise meter until fairly recently (I've now got a 2 rate meter with a single MPAN). It suited me fairly well be they're not for everyone as the tariff can work out very expensive.
You're right about the different rates on the meter. It's unlikely you'll have anything connected to the boost rate so this won't move. The times for the two Heat rates if I remember correctly were 1.30pm to 4.30pm, 8.00pm to 10.00pm and 1.00am to 6.00am. This was the same all year round as the meter is controlled by a radio teleswitch. I can't remember which hours correspond to which rates on the meter (4 & 5) but the price you pay is the same so it's not really relevant. If you've got an immersion heater for your hot water then this is likely to be connected to the Heat rates.
The reason I had my meter changed is because I received a letter from my supplier (E.ON) to say the tariff was ending and without a meter change I'd no longer be able to benefit from off peak prices. This would have resulted in a very large increase in my bills.
If you're also with E.ON (it's likely you will be since very few other suppliers support HeatWise meters) then I'd get in touch and make sure your tariff isn't ending/ended.
EDIT: USwitch has some info on HeatWise meters on their website https://www.uswitch.com/gas-electricity/guides/heatwise-meters/0 -

Thanks - that is just what I needed to confirm, ideally I would like the same confirmation from an energy company rep0 -
Oh and you are correct nothing is connected to my boost rate, I used to have a storage heater that had an electric fan heater that operated on the boost circuit but it was defective so has been removed and the immersion runs through the main meter rather than the heat meter (I think the previous owners must have changed it). That is a bit annoying but probably not worth getting it changed.0

Does this sound right to anyone? Npower say that the registers are as follows:
MPAN 1
1 - 0730 - 0030
2 - 0030 - 0730
MPAN 2
1 - 1330 - 1630
2 - 0300 - 0800 and 2000 - 2200
3 - 1330 - 1630
I don't thinks that MPAN 2 seems right, why would be have two registers for the same times? Surely it is more likely to be
1 - 1330 - 1630
2 - 0300 - 0800
3 - 2000 - 2200
Especially as we use electricity on MPAN2 rates 2 and 3 but not rate 1 (which is boost).
Any knowledge on this would be great thanks0
