Further update to this, my daughter has had a call this afternoon from the business who owns the car park, stating they "have had the ticket cancelled" following my letter of complaint - once (if) I get confirmation from the PPC, I'll post again with details.0

I never did update this.......having recently had a second PCN overturned by complaint to the landowner, this was the first, this one was cancelled later in 2017, after I directly complained to the surgery who owned the land.0
