Surprisingly (to me!!) I went for British Gas. They have been fine. Contracted to pay in 30 days or so from memory but my cheques arrive better than that. Last one ten days from reading submission.0

Same here. Normally paid within a week which isn't bad for a cheque posted out. I'd prefer online payment but it's not a deal breaker for me when they pay so quicklyRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

They're also pretty quick to pay - my last meter reading was submitted at the end of the day on 6th July, and the money was in my bank account on 17th July.
Didn't you do well, mines always within a month...anything else and I give them a call. They then tell me they have a quarter to pay in at which point I remind them of their promise given in a letter I still have from 2012 which states they'll pay within 28 days, it always does the trick as they've never informed me otherwise.2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -
